• We deliver to all states across Nigeria
• Lagos: Same-day delivery for orders before 6pm (Lagos time); next-day delivery for orders at or after 6pm.
• Delivery within 2–3 days outside Lagos.

• Standard delivery is our only shipping option. Rates are flat, with no weight surcharge.

• For unlisted Lagos areas and nearby environs, contact us to confirm the rate.
• All shipping costs are clearly displayed before you confirm your order
• We partner with trusted courier services for safe and reliable delivery

• Our Lagos same-day delivery cutoff is 6pm West Africa Time (WAT). Orders placed at or after 6pm arrive the next day.
• You will receive an email and/or SMS notification when your order ships
• Custom-cut fabrics require an additional 24 hours for preparation

• You will receive tracking information via email once your order is dispatched
• Track your order status anytime in your account under "My Orders"
• If you have any delivery concerns, contact us on WhatsApp for real-time updates

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact
• Custom-cut or made-to-order fabrics cannot be returned
• Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return
• Original packaging must be included with the return

• Provide your order number, item details, and reason for return
• Take clear photos of the item you wish to return
• Wait for return authorisation and shipping instructions
• Ship the item back using a trackable delivery method

• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order
• Bank transfers may take an additional 2–3 business days to reflect
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective
• You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed

• Report any damage within 24 hours of delivery with photos
• Do not dispose of the packaging until the issue is resolved
• We will arrange for a full replacement or refund at no extra cost to you
• Defective items do not require you to pay return shipping
