Returns & Refunds

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
• Original packaging and tags must be intact
• Custom-cut or made-to-order fabrics are non-returnable
• Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned

• Contact our support team via WhatsApp or email
• Provide your order number and reason for return
• Take clear photos of the item(s) you wish to return
• Wait for return authorization and instructions
• Ship the item back using a trackable method

• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after receiving the item
• Refund will be issued to the original payment method
• Bank transfers may take additional 2-3 business days
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective
• You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed

• Exchanges are subject to product availability
• If the replacement item costs more, you will need to pay the difference
• If the replacement costs less, we will refund the difference
• Exchange requests follow the same 7-day policy as returns

• Report any damage within 24 hours of delivery
• Take photos of the packaging and the damaged item
• Do not dispose of the packaging until the claim is resolved
• We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost
